Alphabet - Alphabet for Children from 3 to 5 Years Old and Toddlers in Russian: Learning Letters and Sounds
Talking Alphabet for Children and Toddlers is a delightful educational game designed with care, inspired by the creator's personal experience with their daughter. This engaging app features multiple learning modes, including letters, sounds, vowels, consonants, voiced, and unvoiced sounds. With vibrant graphics, a user-friendly interface, and professional voiceovers by a Russian language teacher, it provides a comprehensive learning experience.
Understanding the alphabet is crucial for young learners as it accelerates their ability to recognize letters and sounds, paving the way for early reading skills. Our game offers two distinct voiceover modes: one for sounds and another for letters, all in Russian.
Designed for children and toddlers, the Alphabet for Children is perfect for kids aged 4 to 6, though gifted children as young as 3 can benefit, with the optimal age being 5, just before starting school.
We recommend beginning with vowels, which are easier to pronounce: A, O, U, Y, I, E, Yo, E, Yu, Ya (10 in total). Initially, children learn 6 vowel sounds: A, O, U, Y, I, E, followed by 4 vowel letters formed by combining two sounds: E = Y + O; E = Y + E; Yu = Y + U; Ya = Y + A. Vowels can also be categorized into stressed and unstressed.
Next, children progress to consonants: B, V, G, D, ZH, Z, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, F, X, Ts, Ch, Sh, Shch (21 in total), along with 2 auxiliary letters Ъ and Ь. The Russian alphabet comprises 33 letters in total.
This educational game is available for free and aims to help your child master sounds and letters quickly. If your child enjoys the game, please leave a review—it's the best way to support us. Thank you, and may happiness fill your family!
