The rules of Easy Words are straightforward:
- This word puzzle is played on a 13x13 game board.
- You and your opponent each draw 7 letter tiles from the bag. Connect letters in various ways by placing tiles on the board to spell a word.
- Words can be made either horizontally or vertically.
- The first player must place a word of at least two letters so that at least one tile covers the center square.
- The board has 44 bonus cells. Placing a tile on one multiplies the points for that letter or for the entire word.
- Draw a joker tile? Lucky you! It can stand in for any letter you need during play.
- The game ends when one player uses their last tile, both players pass twice in a row, or no possible moves remain. You may also resign, though this grants your opponent the win.
- The player with the higher final score wins.
