The global version of AFK Journey will launch the Chains of Eternity season on January 17th.
Other regions/servers will receive the update once their server reaches 35 days old and players meet these criteria:
- Reach Resonance level 240.
- Complete all pre-season AFK stages.
Meeting these requirements and having a server at least 35 days old ensures access to the new season on the release date.
What's New in Chains of Eternity?
Beyond the new map and story, Chains of Eternity adds several heroes and bosses:
- Lorsan (Wilder)
- Elijah and Lailah (Celestial)
- Illucia (Dream Realm boss)
Significant changes include a daily AFK progress cap, Paragon level adjustments, and Exclusive Equipment enhancements. Paragon levels gain greater impact, and upgrading Exclusive Equipment from +15 to +20 receives a substantial boost. This means investing in Supreme+ units yields higher returns, though the investment cost increases significantly.
