Bendy's Mobile Adventure: 'Lone Wolf' Roars into 2025

by Joseph Jan 22,2025

Bendy and the Ink Machine is back on mobile with the new game, Bendy: Lone Wolf! Building upon the gameplay established in Boris and the Dark Survival, Lone Wolf promises a fresh take on the series, arriving on iOS, Android, Switch, and Steam in 2025.

Remember the quirky survival horror that captivated players in the mid-2010s? The episodic format, unique rubber hose-style enemies and environments, and compelling storyline made Bendy and the Ink Machine a massive hit. Now, the franchise is returning to mobile devices!

The reveal trailer (linked below) showcases Bendy: Lone Wolf's top-down, isometric perspective. Players control Boris the Wolf, navigating the perilous halls of Joey Drew Studios.

The original Bendy and the Ink Machine, along with spin-offs Nightmare Run and Boris and the Dark Survival, are already available on mobile. Lone Wolf appears to borrow heavily from Dark Survival, though its exact relationship to the previous title remains unclear – is it a definitive edition or a completely new experience?

A New Chapter in Ink

Regardless, the Bendy and the Ink Machine franchise retains significant popularity, considered a pioneer of the mascot horror genre alongside the iconic Five Nights at Freddy's.

Bendy: Lone Wolf's success will hinge on its execution. While not the first isometric survival horror game featuring Boris, its multi-platform release (including Steam and Switch) suggests improvements over its mobile predecessor. Expect something even more frightening!
