How to Craft a Camping Set in Atelier Yumia
After completing the manabound Dux Lighthouse (the first story-related manabound area), you'll gain access to Camping Sets through Simple Synthesis. Return to the Ligneus Survey Base and speak with Erhard to unlock camping functionality.
To craft a Camping Set, you'll need:
- 5% Energy
- 3 Wood
- 2 Water
- 5 Fiber
- 2 Charcoal
These materials are easily gathered around the Ligneus Survey Base area. Water sources include regional wells and riverside plants (which also provide fiber), while charcoal comes from mining ore deposits.
Where to Camp in Atelier Yumia
With your crafted Camping Set, you can establish camp in any sufficiently open area. Narrow cliffs or dense forests won't work - look for clearings instead. Designated campsites like the River Campsite near Ligneus Survey Base are also available options.
Check your radial menu's bottom-right corner while having a Camping Set in your Exploration Bag. A greyed-out option indicates unsuitable terrain for camping.
Campsite Activities
Camping serves as your only opportunity to prepare discovered ingredients into meals. This makes it essential before challenging bosses or manabound areas, particularly on higher difficulty settings.
Your companions also share unique, non-story dialogue during camp rests, offering deeper character insights.
