Clash Royale's Lumber Love Season: Berserker, Lumberjack Evolution, and More!
Supercell's Clash Royale has launched its Lumber Love season, bringing a fresh wave of exciting content. This season blends fast-paced battles with strategic depth, introducing a new card, a legendary evolution, multiple limited-time events, and the return of a popular game mode.
The star of the show is the Berserker, a new 2-Elixir troop. Unlike other low-cost swarm units, the Berserker is a solo fighter. Her high damage output comes at the cost of lower health, making her resistant to many spells that would easily eliminate weaker troops. However, she's vulnerable to stronger melee units, requiring strategic support to maximize her effectiveness. Consult our Clash Royale tier list for a detailed comparison!
Joining the Berserker is the Lumberjack Evolution, Clash Royale's second Legendary Evolution. This evolution adds a unique twist: after defeat, the Lumberjack transforms into an invisible Lumberghost, but only while under the effect of his Rage spell.
This spectral Lumberjack can inflict significant tower damage with his rapid attacks, but he's not invincible. Spells can reveal his ghostly form, and he's easily distracted by units or buildings outside his Rage radius.
February is packed with events and challenges:
- Super Touchdown: February 3rd-10th
- Power of Love: February 10th-17th (featuring troop allegiance switches!)
- Runic Rampage: February 17th-24th (highlighting the Berserker and Rune Giant synergy)
- Lumberjack Evolution Draft Challenge: February 24th-March 3rd
Each event offers rewards such as banner decorations and frames. The 2v2 Ladder makes its comeback from February 10th-24th. Note that the 100 Crowns boost has been removed from the Diamond Pass in Pass Royale.
