Upon arriving at Ominesanji Temple, engage with Gyoji once more. He'll brief you about the upcoming challenge: four one-on-one duels followed by a battle against the ultimate champion. After the cutscene, ring the bell to initiate your first fight.

The Tournament is a gauntlet of intense, life-or-death battles. You can take breaks between fights, so use this time wisely to heal with rations and upgrade your weapons and armor as needed. To successfully overcome each opponent, we recommend equipping Yasuke with a long katana and mastering the art of dodge and parry to exploit their vulnerabilities. Utilize abilities such as Power Dash and Payback when your adrenaline meter allows.
Knowing your opponents' weapons can give you an edge. Here's a rundown of the fighters you'll face:
- Lady Masago wields a Naginata.
- Lord Suguru uses a Katana.
- Lord Hokuto swings a Kanabo.

For optimal performance in The Tournament, equip the highest rarity Long Katana available and upgrade it to its maximum level at the blacksmith.
