Painter’s Regret Treasure Map Location in Avowed
In *Avowed*, treasure maps can be acquired through various means, such as purchasing them with in-game currency or discovering them during your exploration. The Painter’s Regret map, however, is found exclusively within the game world.
To find the Painter’s Regret treasure map, head to Emerald Stair, the second major area you'll explore in *Avowed*. The map is located inside a large house at the northeast end of Coastal Farms, positioned in front of a rock face. Be prepared to face numerous enemies outside the house before you can enter.
How To Get Into the Painter’s Regret House in Avowed
As with many RPGs, the front door to the Painter’s Regret house is barred shut. After defeating the enemies outside, look for an alternate entry. Circle around to the right side of the house where you'll find a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Inside, you'll spot a large painting on an easel, which is actually the treasure map. Grab it to start your treasure hunt in *Avowed*.
With the map in hand, navigate to the western side of the river southwest of Fior mes Iverno. Your reward for this endeavor is the Painter’s Brush, a unique trinket that boosts your critical hit chance by 5%, making battles in the Living Lands significantly easier.
