Dreadrock 2 Revealed, Coming Soon to Nintendo Switch

Approximately two and a half years ago, we were captivated by Dungeons of Dreadrock, a delightful gaming experience crafted by Christoph Minnameier. This dungeon crawler, reminiscent of classics like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder, offered a unique top-down perspective instead of the traditional first-person view. Its 100 distinct levels, each representing a floor in a sprawling dungeon, presented a series of challenging, puzzle-like encounters. Players navigated intricate level designs, often requiring strategic thinking to overcome traps and enemies. Our review praised the game's difficulty and innovative approach, and Dungeons of Dreadrock subsequently enjoyed success across numerous platforms. Now, we eagerly anticipate its sequel. Introducing Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret.

The vibrant red backdrop and prominent Nintendo Switch logo, accompanied by the iconic finger-snap sound effect, confirm that this installment will grace the Nintendo Switch eShop first, launching on November 28th of this year. However, PC gamers need not despair! A PC version is in development and is currently available to wishlist on Steam. Furthermore, iOS and Android versions are also on the horizon. While the precise mobile release dates remain unconfirmed, the promise of a mobile release is certainly welcome news. We'll keep you updated as soon as further platform release information becomes available.
