Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, the team behind the Construction Simulator series, and publisher astragon have revealed Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. This new simulation experience, built on Unreal Engine 5, immerses you in the life of a firefighter. Expect to rescue civilians from dangerous situations, tackle electrical fires, manage flammable liquid spills, and combat grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. A four-player cooperative mode is also included. The game is scheduled for a Fall 2025 release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite aims for high realism with its fire, smoke, and heat physics. To enhance immersion, it features officially licensed gear and tools from leading manufacturers like HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. You'll use equipment including fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, plus full personal protective gear. The game also includes authentic fire apparatus from Rosenbauer America, such as the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the new RTX model.
