Fortnite Reintroduces Getaway Mode, Adds Crocs

Epic Games has just unleashed update 34.10 for Fortnite, reintroducing the much-loved "Getaway" mode and bringing back the legendary Midas. This thrilling mode, first seen in Chapter 1, is making a grand return from March 11 to April 1. During this limited-time event, players are tasked with the exciting challenge of finding one of three crystal lamps scattered throughout the island, aiming to escape in one of the getaway vans waiting to whisk them away.

Starting today, those with the "Outlaw" battle pass have the chance to unlock Midas’ Gangster outfit by reaching level 10. This update marks the return of one of Fortnite's most iconic characters, now with a stylish new twist that fans are sure to adore.

Following the March 10 update, data miners have unearthed exciting news about the game's future. Fortnite is set to introduce the iconic Crocs footwear into its world. Players won't have to wait long to step into these unique shoes, as they're scheduled to appear in the in-game store on March 12 at 3 AM Moscow time, coinciding with the regular item rotation.

Data miners have already shared previews of how the Crocs will look on popular characters like Jinx and Hatsune Miku. Additionally, a striking promotional art piece has been released, featuring none other than Midas himself sporting the fashionable new footwear.
