Genshin Impact: Version 5.0 Arrives Globally

TouchArcade Rating: Following the pre-installation release earlier this week, HoYoverse has launched the highly anticipated Genshin Impact (Free) version 5.0 update, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," across mobile, PC, and PlayStation platforms globally. Key features include the introduction of the new nation, Natlan (accessible to players of all levels), new characters like Mualani, and the return of popular characters such as Raiden Shogun. The first Genshin Impact 5.0 banner showcases Mualani, Kachina, and Kaedehara Kazuha, while banner 2 features Kinich and Raiden Shogun. iOS users who pre-installed the update should experience minimal additional download time, although the game may require some time to reorganize existing assets upon login. New players can download Genshin Impact for free from the App Store (iOS) here and Google Play (Android) here. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. iOS users with iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later can enjoy playing with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers.
