First Glimpse of the Early Version of The Sinking City 2

The latest teaser for *The Sinking City 2* offers fans a glimpse into its core gameplay mechanics: intense combat, detailed location exploration, and engaging investigations. These elements are central to the game's experience. Keep in mind, the footage shared is from the pre-alpha stage, meaning the final product could see significant enhancements in gameplay, graphics, and animations.

As a direct sequel to the original, *The Sinking City 2* continues its survival horror narrative in the now-decayed city of Arkham. A supernatural flood has engulfed the city, turning it into a monstrous sanctuary that players will navigate and explore.

To bolster the development of this eagerly awaited game, Frogwares has initiated a Kickstarter campaign aiming to raise €100,000 (around $105,000). The collected funds will not only expand the development resources but also allow for rewarding dedicated fans and facilitating extensive playtesting to ensure a polished final product. The project leverages the power of Unreal Engine 5 for its development.

*The Sinking City 2* is slated for a 2025 release, and will be available on next-generation consoles including Xbox Series and PS5, as well as on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GoG.
