Labyrinth City Launches on Android: Hidden Object Puzzler Now Available

by Christian Apr 17,2025

After much anticipation since its announcement in 2021, Labyrinth City from developer Darjeeling is finally making its way to Android following a successful launch on iOS. Pre-registration is now open for this intriguing belle epoch-inspired hidden object puzzler, where you step into the shoes of the intrepid young detective Pierre to thwart the enigmatic Mr X and save Opera City.

If you're familiar with hidden object games, you might expect a static, bird's-eye view similar to Where's Waldo? However, Labyrinth City breaks the mold by offering a boots-on-the-ground experience. You'll navigate through the densely packed levels of Opera City, immersing yourself in the bustling world as you search for Mr X.

As you explore, you'll encounter more than just hidden objects. The game is dynamic, allowing you to weave through crowded streets, solve puzzles in intricate docklands, and uncover hidden trophies. Each level is a treasure hunt, filled with surprises and devoid of the usual stress associated with such games.

Hidden in plain sightLabyrinth City immediately captured my attention with its trailer and store page. While I enjoy games like Where's Waldo?, I've often found the hidden object genre a bit too slow-paced. Yet, the idea of physically exploring the imaginative worlds depicted in those picture books has always appealed to me.

In Labyrinth City, as Pierre, you get to live that fantasy. Keep an eye out for Mr X and don't forget to pre-register for the game, which is set to launch soon on Android.
