Lara Croft Joins Exciting New Gaming Adventure

Lara Croft, the iconic Tomb Raider, is raiding Naraka: Bladepoint! NetEase's martial arts battle royale recently unveiled its third-anniversary plans, including a thrilling collaboration with the legendary Tomb Raider franchise. The anniversary celebration, kicking off this August, will feature a brand-new map, Perdoria, and exciting crossovers.

The Tomb Raider series, a gaming icon since 1996, boasts a vast universe encompassing comics and an upcoming Netflix animated series. Lara Croft, its intrepid protagonist, enjoys unparalleled fame, solidifying her status as a leading female video game character. Her popularity has already fueled collaborations with major titles like Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Fortnite, and Final Fantasy XV.

Now, Lara joins the fast-paced melee combat of Naraka: Bladepoint, a battle royale where 60 players fight for survival. Her likeness will adorn Matari, the agile Silver Crow assassin, as a new skin. While a sneak peek is yet to be revealed, past collaborations suggest the skin will encompass a complete cosmetic set: outfit, hairstyle, and accessories.

Naraka: Bladepoint's Huge 2024

The third anniversary promises a spectacular event. Beyond the Tomb Raider crossover, players will explore Perdoria, the first new map in almost two years, launching July 2nd. This map, like Holoroth, boasts unique secrets, challenges, and gameplay mechanics. A further collaboration with CD Projekt Red's The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is also planned for later this year.

While the Tomb Raider crossover is sure to excite fans, there's bittersweet news: Xbox One support for Naraka: Bladepoint will end in August. However, all player progress and cosmetics will remain linked to their Xbox accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to Xbox Series X/S or PC via the Xbox platform.
