The complimentary GWP sets are impressive in their own right. One is Captain Jack Sparrow’s Compass (set #5009609)—a $19.99 value if sold separately. It's exclusively available as a GWP with Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship until September 18.
The second current GWP is a SEGA Genesis Controller, set #40769 (see it at LEGO Store). Also valued at $19.99, it's available until September 17 with purchases of $130 or more. To receive both free sets with your ship, you'll need to complete your purchase by September 17.
The ship itself is a large, dark, and imposing vessel standing over two feet tall, instantly recognizable from the films. It includes eight minifigures: Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Hector Barbossa, Gibbs, Cotton, Anamaria, and Marty.
This detailed set features a fully furnished captain's quarters below deck, accurately tattered sails, and a detachable rowboat. Display it whole on its included stand, or remove part of the hull to create a submerged appearance. The ship's wheel turns the rudder realistically, and dials deploy the cannons on both sides.
