Only a single Music Box can spawn per game. Once located, interact with it to pick it up and then interact again to activate it.
Utilizing the Music Box

Upon activation, the Music Box plays a tune. If a ghost is within 20 meters, it will "sing along," revealing its approximate location. Proximity matters: within 5 meters, the ghost will move toward the Box. You can strategically place the activated Box on the ground to lure the ghost. The Box automatically stops playing and closes after the song ends. Note that holding the activated Box depletes your sanity.

The Music Box can initiate either a standard or cursed hunt, depending on these conditions:
- Throwing the active Music Box.
- Reaching 0% sanity while holding the active Music Box.
- The ghost approaching the Music Box for over five seconds.
- The ghost's proximity to the player holding the active Music Box.
