This event offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the game's world by reviewing and approving Wayspot nominations on the Niantic Wayfarer platform, ultimately helping to introduce new PokéStops and Gyms while earning exclusive rewards.
The Wayfarer Challenge is scheduled to run from March 7th to 9th in Chile and from March 10th to 12th in India. During these dates, trainers can nominate real-world locations such as landmarks, sculptures, and street art to become part of the Pokémon Go universe. As you review nominations, you'll be working towards community milestone goals. Simultaneously, the PokéStop Challenge event will run from March 9th to 12th, exclusively in Chile and India. During this event, you'll earn 3x XP for your first visits to new PokéStops, 3x Stardust from opening Gifts, and see increased Kecleon spawns. Event Field Research will feature encounters with Eevee, and Timed Research will offer chances to catch other Pokémon.
