Possessions: A Wordless Story Coming Soon to iOS, Android

by Zachary May 13,2025

Noodlecake and Lucid Labs have brought back the captivating minimalist puzzler, Possessions, to iOS and Android following its exclusive run on Apple Arcade. This game invites players to view everyday items with a fresh perspective through beautifully crafted dioramas of a family's possessions. As you progress, you'll uncover a subtle narrative woven into the gameplay, demonstrating how wordless experiences can tell a story with remarkable effectiveness.

In Possessions, you'll engage with minimalist 3D puzzles, requiring you to rotate scenes to correctly position items, such as a disarrayed photo frame or a misaligned cupboard door. The game demands sharp spatial awareness, but the soothing soundscape helps keep frustration at bay, offering a calming experience.

A new AR mode adds an exciting dimension, allowing you to physically move around rooms to explore different levels. However, caution is advised when using this feature in public spaces to avoid unintended mishaps.

Possessions is now available for pre-registration on both iOS and Android platforms, with a global launch scheduled for February 27th. On iOS, it will feature a Try Before You Buy model, while on Android, it will be free with ads, offering a one-time purchase to remove ads. To mark the launch, a 20% discount will be available on the $4.99 in-app purchase for the first two weeks.
