SGT. Winter's Location in Fortnite Chapter 6
The initial Wintervestigation quest sends players to chat with SGT. Winter. These quests appear to involve teaming up with Noir to uncover clues and locate new NPCs across the Chapter 6 map.
The quest tracker will pinpoint SGT. Winter's location on the map, even before you start the match. He's near a plane crash atop a snowy mountain, east of Warrior's Watch and south of Foxy Floodgate. It's close to Mariah Carey's in-game concert location.

SGT. Winter is an NPC patrolling near the plane wreckage. He's marked with a speech bubble icon. Interact with him to access a menu where you can buy a Holo Twister Assault Rifle, Blizzard Grenade, or initiate conversation.
To begin the Wintervestigation, select the magnifying glass icon. This will trigger a text-based dialogue, leading to a new mission directing you to Noir in Seaport City. Completing the dialogue rewards 25,000 XP.
