Summoners War: Chronicles releases major update with a new character and seasonal content ahead of the New Year

by Jacob Jan 19,2025

Summoners War: Chronicles receives a major year-end update, introducing exciting new content for players. This update includes a powerful new hero, an expanded game world, and festive Christmas events brimming with rewards.

Jin, a formidable warrior from the White Shadow Mercenaries, joins the roster. Wielding a massive greatsword and aided by her dragon companion, Hodo, Jin's charge-up abilities deliver devastating attacks. Complete the Sierra Quest Ubiquitous Traces to unlock Jin at level 80, ready for immediate action.

The Rahil Kingdom expands with the addition of Karim Basin in the Lapisdore region. This area features challenging new dungeons, the Galagos Mana Mine and Kagor Crater, testing players' skills against tougher enemies and furthering the kingdom's storyline.

For those focused on character progression, the level cap for Summoners and Monsters has increased from 100 to 110. The update simplifies progression by merging Effect Stones and Spell Books into a single item: Spell Stones.

Celebrate the holidays with special Christmas events! Collect Christmas Cookies by completing tasks such as raids and energy usage. Starting December 25th, the Festive Fortunes shop opens, allowing you to exchange cookies for rewards including summoning scrolls, Destiny Dice, and unique event titles. The Christmas Cookie missions continue until December 31st, while the Festive Fortunes shop and Lucky Hot Chocolate Exchange remain open until January 8th. Don't forget to redeem the available Summoners War: Chronicles codes for extra rewards!
