HoYoverse has just released an enchanting new update for their romance detective game, Tears of Themis, titled "Legend of Celestial Romance." This update, available starting today, January 3rd, invites players to explore the mythical fantasy realm known as Codename: Celestial.
It’s a Mythical Fantasy-Themed Event
The "Legend of Celestial Romance" introduces a virtual cultivation world within Tears of Themis. Hidden secret realms await within the divine mountain, and the NXX team assumes new identities for this adventure. Players will join the NXX crew as they receive an invitation to this virtual game, where they can level up, explore mysterious realms, and engage in battles and puzzles using unique sect skills assigned to each of the four companions.
By participating in the event, players have the chance to obtain the event-limited 'Upon the Heavens' Invitation, four event-limited R cards, a Namecard, and a Badge, with some rewards available for free. The highlight of the event is the romantic celestial twist, where players can delve into the Shadow of Themis feature and attempt to pull one of the four new SSR cards: Luke’s 'Love Across Realms,' Artem’s 'A Timeless Dream,' Vyn’s 'Trial by Love,' and Marius’s 'Captivating Hearts.'
Additionally, players can acquire the Legend of Celestial Romance Dynamic Invitation, set in a romantic scene with flickering red candles, drawing curtains, and solemn vows. Experience the magic of the "Legend of Celestial Romance" in Tears of Themis.
More Challenges
Players will also face training challenges from the Celestial Abode Lizhu to enhance their Cultivation Level. Completing event tasks earns Activeness points and Celestial Moon Vases, which can be used to unlock and exchange for rewards such as 10 Tears of Themis – Limited, the Celebration – Legend Namecard, and even a past event SR card.
