Xbox Cloud Gaming\'s beta now lets you play your own games, even outside the catalogue

by Lucy Jan 07,2025

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate expands cloud gaming capabilities, allowing users to stream games from their personal library, regardless of Game Pass catalogue inclusion. This significant update extends cloud gaming access to 28 countries and adds 50 new titles.

Previously, cloud gaming was limited to Game Pass catalogue titles. This change significantly broadens the available streaming library.

Now, players can stream titles like Baldur's Gate 3, Space Marine 2, and others directly to phones and tablets.

The expansion also presents a compelling challenge to traditional mobile gaming. This feature pushes the boundaries of cloud gaming technology and its potential.
