Farlight 84's latest expansion, "Hi, Buddy!", is now live, introducing a host of exciting features. The core addition is the Buddy System, featuring adorable companions that provide in-game assistance. These Buddies are categorized into Common and Archon types, each with unique abilities. Common Buddies, easily obtained, offer practical support, while rarer Archon Buddies boast powerful, game-changing skills.

Capturing Buddies requires Buddy Orbs, scattered throughout the revamped Sunder Realms map. These Orbs can also store up to six tactical items, adding strategic depth. Ten Buddies are currently available, including Common Buddies like Buzzy, Morphdrake, and Sparky, and Archon Buddies such as the Time Dominator (capable of manipulating the Safe Zone) and the Storm Empress (who summons devastating tornadoes).

The update also features a visual overhaul of the Sunder Realms map, boasting new terrain, structures, and landmarks. A new Tactical Core system allows players to upgrade hero skills with Trait points and Trait Activation Cards. Finally, new events like the Buddy Showdown and Rare Consolidation Event offer enticing rewards, including skins and loot boxes.
