As soon as the Battle Bus is in range, make your descent towards the center of Flush Factory. Your first stop is the closed gate near the red truck and Reboot Van. Here, beside a conveyor belt cluttered with unfinished toilets, you'll find the first missing portrait waiting to be claimed.
For the second portrait, head to the back right of Flush Factory. Look for a small, disconnected brick building. Once inside on the ground floor, you'll spot the portrait next to a green machine and a wooden box.
