Diving into the Primitive weekly challenge in *Phasmophobia* feels like a trip back to the Stone Age, but unlike our cave-dwelling ancestors, we've got ghosts to contend with. Let's explore how we can navigate this prehistoric puzzle and emerge victorious.

The Primitive Challenge is one of Phasmophobia‘s toughest weekly challenges, demanding that you identify the ghost and complete investigations at 10 Ridgeview Court without any electronic aids. This house-style map's layout is relatively straightforward, making it easier to navigate and find safety. To fully complete the challenge, you must successfully carry out three investigations.

Tips & Tricks To Complete Primitive Challenge in Phasmophobia

The Primitive Challenge comes with a unique set of rules, primarily centered around your severely limited loadout. You won’t have access to electronics, meaning no Flashlights, DOTs Projectors, Video Cameras, or any other high-tech equipment.

Sanity Medication is also off the table, but you start with a full Sanity meter to help ward off ghostly mischief. Your provided equipment includes two Tier 1 Crucifixes to potentially prevent ghost hunts, Tier 2 Firelights, and a full set of Tier 1 Incense for added protection.

For evidence gathering, your arsenal is minimal: two Tier 3 Ghost Writing books and two Tier 1 "glowstick" UV lights, which double as both your light source and tools for detecting ultraviolet evidence. You also get two Tier 1 thermometers to check for freezing temperatures.

Your success hinges on understanding ghost behaviors and traits. Our no-evidence cheat sheet can be a valuable resource here. To start, quickly locate the ghost, as the increased activity during this challenge makes it more manageable. The darkness increases your sanity risk, so efficiency is key.

For a bolder approach, utilize the Ouija Board found in the laundry room on the first floor. Ask the ghost about its "favorite room" to pinpoint its location, but remember this will cost 50% of your sanity. Always say "Goodbye" to the board to avoid triggering a Cursed Hunt, especially important in group play for safety.
