Regarding the new mouse controls, while details are still under wraps, there's speculation that they might enhance the spell-casting mechanics, adding a new layer of interactivity to the gameplay. Warner Bros., the developer, has yet to provide more information on this feature.

Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, action-packed, open-world role-playing game set in the 1800s wizarding world.
