Ananta, Formerly Project Mugen, Drops a New Announcement Trailer

Ananta (formerly Project Mugen), a free-to-play RPG from NetEase Games and Naked Rain, has unveiled a captivating new announcement trailer. While gameplay remains under wraps for now, the trailer offers a vibrant glimpse into the game's world.

Does the Trailer Show Gameplay?

No, not directly. However, the trailer effectively showcases the bustling atmosphere and impressive crowd density of Nova City, the game's setting. The visuals are striking, featuring a seamless blend of characters, vehicles, and environment, creating a lively and engaging urban landscape. Even a humorous scene of a toilet speeding past a Wind Drop driver is included! Watch the trailer below:

What We Know So Far

Starting January 3rd, players can join the Ananta Vanguards program, gaining access to beta tests, exclusive updates, and overseas events. This program allows players to provide feedback and shape the game's development. An offline technical test will also commence on January 3rd in Hangzhou.

The project is shaping up to be a significant contender in the gacha genre, potentially the most ambitious since Genshin Impact, judging by the trailer's detail and scope. The developers have packed the game with features and mechanics, creating both excitement and anticipation.

Pre-registration is now open on the official website. Join the Vanguards program or pre-register to stay updated on Ananta's progress. Check out our next article on Eldrum: Black Dust for more gaming news!
