Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.
Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). A map reveals the Yellow card's location.
Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
Follow the map to a yellow staircase, leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More axe-wielding zombies appear.
A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card from the abomination's remains.
Securing the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Next, obtain the Green card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. Locate and place four documents in the file display area.
Mannequins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: a desk in the corner, near a round table, on a small center table, and in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple a red mannequin repeatedly to transform it into a Mangler Zombie and obtain the Green card.
Obtaining the Blue Card
Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue card. Eliminate the spawning mimic by shooting moving objects to reveal and defeat it. Retrieve the Blue card.
Confronting the Mimic
The Mimic's ability to disappear requires strategic shooting of moving objects to force its reappearance. Defeat it to acquire the Blue card.
Retrieving the Red Card
Navigate to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate the zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code.
Activate the console's timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. The switches are located in the starting room, the blacklight-unlocked room, and an area accessible via the grappling hook. After draining the water, pursue the Mangler to retrieve the Red card.
Final Confrontation and Mission Completion
Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone, engage the final horde and the Disciple. The ensuing cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination.
