Community found out how to unlock pink Floyd fight in Mortal Kombat 1

by Skylar Mar 21,2025

Mortal Kombat 1’s latest update introduces a challenging secret: Pink Floyd, a mysterious pink ninja. Defeating Floyd unlocks the game's trailer-featured Field stage. This secret character quickly captivated the community, who swiftly uncovered the unlock method and shared detailed guides.

Unlocking the Pink Floyd fight requires completing ten out of thirty-seven randomized challenges in a single session. These challenges vary, demanding specific characters, Kameos, or even strategic losses under certain conditions. A community-created spreadsheet details all challenges and offers helpful tips. Note that the ten challenges required are randomly selected each time, preventing players from simply choosing the easiest options. Occasionally, Floyd may offer a gameplay hint, though this is infrequent. Fortunately, many challenges are easily completed on the easiest difficulty or in two-player PvP.

Successfully completing ten challenges grants three attempts to defeat Pink Floyd. Failure requires restarting the challenge process by completing a new set of ten randomized challenges.
