How to Start The Lost Shipment Quest

To begin, head to the Brannof Hall Dining Room, located off Brannof Boulevard near the Town Square. Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and enlist your aid. Crucially, talk to him again before leaving to receive two vital leads.

How to Complete The Lost Shipment Quest

This quest involves two separate investigations. Before you begin, remove any Town Guard gear to avoid suspicion.

Talk to Captain Shirker on The Vincible

Find Captain Shirker aboard his ship, The Vincible, docked southeast in town.

After a friendly meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Find this man in the Town Square.

He'll point you towards "The Illusion," a weapons dealer, suggesting you impersonate someone named Sam (who, conveniently, has a monobrow). Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper required for the monobrow).

Now, you're ready to pursue your second lead.

Ask Around at The Hooked Hand

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant near Eel Street. You'll need to speak with several patrons before getting a lead to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The stall is past the Eel Street Bridge. The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.

Hide nearby to observe the buyer.

Follow the Stranger

Follow the Furtive Stranger down Willhope Crossing to Monab Row. Remove your Guard gear to reveal your monobrow. Identify yourself as "Monobrow Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
