To begin Master Schindel's Toys, you must initiate the "Into the Underworld" main mission. This involves tracking down an informant named Goatskin. Start by speaking with the Bathhouse Madam, then Adam. He'll reveal Goatskin's theft of Schindel's items.

Finding Goatskin requires a bit of finesse. He's elusive, so either speak to Lousy Mary or follow Udo, a bathhouse customer who appears on the first floor in the evening. Following Udo is recommended; Goatskin will attempt to rob him in an alley, providing a perfect opportunity for confrontation.

During this encounter, try to obtain a map from Goatskin. If your skill check fails, bribery might be necessary. The map, "Map of Kuttenberg Underground," is located on a corpse at the Kuttenberg gallows, southeast of the city.

While the map helps, navigating the Kuttenberg Underground is tricky. Getting lost is easy.

For a quicker solution, locate the northern entrance shown above. Descend the ladder into the underground area (a torch is essential). Keep making left turns until you reach a barrel at a dead end, requiring a jump down at one point. Continuing to favor left turns will lead you to Goatskin's stash—a barrel containing a book and an astrolabe.

Retrace your steps to return to the surface. Find Master Schindel (usually northeast of the city during the day) and return his belongings. After a brief grumble, he'll reward you, explain the astrolabe, and discuss the planets. This short quest offers valuable reputation and rewards.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
