Following the mass resignation, developers reassured fans about the status of their games. Bloomberg News reported initial chaos as developers sought clarity on future agreements. However, several projects are proceeding as planned.

Remedy Entertainment swiftly confirmed that its deal for Control 2, including Alan Wake and Control AV rights, is with Annapurna Pictures, and that Remedy is self-publishing Control 2, ensuring continued development and launch.

Davey Wreden (creator of The Stanley Parable) and Team Ivy Road confirmed Wanderstop's development remains on schedule, with Wreden stating it will launch soon. Team Ivy Road echoed this sentiment, highlighting continued hard work despite the unexpected setback.

Matt Newell's Lushfoil Photography Sim, nearing completion, also appears unaffected, although the team acknowledged the loss of the Annapurna Interactive team and their support. Regular updates are promised.

Beethoven & Dinosaur, creators of The Artful Escape, confirmed continued development of their anticipated title, Mixtape.
