Dark Avengers Unleash Terror in Marvel Snap Season

by Camila Feb 02,2025

Marvel Snap's new season embraces the dark side with a Dark Avengers theme. Norman Osborn's villainous team, posing as iconic heroes, takes center stage.

This season introduces a roster of new cards based on Marvel's Dark Reign storyline, following the Civil War arc. Norman Osborn, having seized control of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s remnants (renamed H.A.M.M.E.R.), assembles his own Avengers, featuring villains disguised as beloved heroes.

Players can acquire Norman Osborn as Iron Patriot, along with Victoria Hand (January 7th), Bullseye (January 21st), Moonstone (January 14th), and Ares (January 28th). A new location, Asgard Besieged, depicting Thor's realm under attack, adds to the gameplay.

A Shadowy Lineup

The season features a return of familiar and lesser-known characters, offering diverse powers. Victoria Hand boosts the power of cards in your hand, while Norman Osborn summons a random high-cost card, potentially reducing its cost if you're winning the next turn.

Additional rewards include a new Daken card mimicking Wolverine, along with various cosmetics. The season also marks the debut of Galactus, a popular character from Marvel Rivals.
