Dream-bending Puzzle 'Superliminal' Coming Mobile

by Elijah Feb 10,2025

Superliminal, the acclaimed indie puzzle game, arrives on mobile devices this July! Prepare to escape a surreal, recurring dream using the power of forced perspective.

This first-person puzzle adventure, launching July 30th on the App Store and Google Play, allows for pre-registration now. Originally released on Steam in 2020 to overwhelmingly positive reviews, Superliminal's mind-bending puzzles are now optimized for mobile, complete with controller support.

The story begins innocently enough: a late-night TV commercial for Dr. Pierce's dream therapy. But what starts as a simple doze quickly transforms into a nightmarish reality. Trapped within a repeating dream, you'll navigate a series of increasingly complex puzzles to find your way out.

Guided (somewhat) by the well-meaning Dr. Glenn Pierce and his less-helpful AI assistant, you'll manipulate the size and perspective of objects to overcome obstacles. Master forced perspective mechanics to create pathways, remove impediments, and discover hidden exits. Later challenges introduce trompe-l'œil illusions, demanding precise angles to solve.

Enjoy a 25% launch discount for the first two weeks, after which the game will be priced at $7.99. A free trial is available before committing to the full purchase. For more information, visit Pillow Castle's website or connect with them on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or YouTube.
