Genshin Impact Version 5.4: Introducing Yumemizuki Mizuki, a 5-Star Anemo Catalyst
Yumemizuki Mizuki, a new 5-Star Anemo character from Inazuma, is set to debut in Genshin Impact's Version 5.4. Following the Natlan storyline conclusion in Version 5.3, this update offers a smaller Inazuma-focused adventure, centered around a yokai-themed Flagship Event with Yae Miko playing a prominent role.
Mizuki, heavily rumored since late 2024, has been confirmed as a Standard Banner addition in Version 5.4. Beta testing revealed her kit: a 5-Star Anemo Catalyst, she functions as a premium version of Sucrose, incorporating healing capabilities. While Sucrose may excel in certain situations, Mizuki's versatility makes her a valuable asset for many Taser teams.
Initially leaked as a tapir yokai, subsequent marketing revealed Mizuki's dual identity as a psychologist and the majority owner of Aisa Bathhouse. Her friendship with Yae Miko strongly suggests her introduction during the Version 5.4 Flagship Event, further supported by the inclusion of a dedicated Story Quest for her.
Yumemizuki Mizuki Details:
- Title: Embrace of Enchanting Dreams
- Rarity: 5-Star
- Vision: Anemo
- Weapon: Catalyst
- Constellation: Tapirus Somniator
Version 5.4's Event Banners will feature Mizuki and Wriothesley in the first half, followed by Furina and Sigewinne in the second. Post-Version 5.4, Mizuki will join the Standard Banner, prompting collectors to prioritize acquiring her Signature Weapon.
Compared to the content-rich Version 5.3, Version 5.4 is considerably smaller, featuring only one new character, one Story Quest, and no new Artifact Domain or map expansion. Consequently, Primogem acquisition will be below average. Players should consider saving their Lantern Rite rewards for Version 5.4, particularly if they aim to obtain highly sought-after Fontaine characters like Furina or Wriothesley.
