The Iconic 'Time Machine' from Back to the Future Is Now Up for Grabs in CSR2

Zynga's Custom Street Racer 2 (CSR2) is celebrating Back to the Future's 40th anniversary with a time-traveling crossover event!

CSR2: A Back to the Future Experience

Starting now, players can get behind the wheel of the iconic DeLorean Time Machine from the original film. While it doesn't boast performance upgrades or special abilities, the fully drivable DeLorean is a highlight of this exciting collaboration. Beyond the car, CSR2 offers a complete Back to the Future themed experience.

This immersive crossover includes a movie-inspired in-game interface, a fresh storyline, and multiple events. Three flash events focusing on the Time Machine are planned, along with a community challenge. Zynga has confirmed additional themed events throughout the year, ensuring this isn't a one-off update. Currently, CSR2 is running social media quizzes with prizes; check their channels for details.

The video below previews this nostalgic fusion of past and present in CSR2.

No Time Travel, But Plenty of Fun!

While the game doesn't offer actual time travel to 1955 (or 1999!), this CSR2 x Back to the Future collaboration is truly unique. The chance to virtually drive the legendary gull-winged DeLorean is a thrill in itself.

Zynga's VP of Games, Sam Cooper, emphasized the DeLorean's iconic status and the excitement of letting players experience it within the game, celebrating the film's anniversary.

Will you be taking the DeLorean for a spin? Download Custom Street Racer 2 from the Google Play Store to join the fun! Also, check out our latest news on the final free updates for Dead Cells on Android.
