Following its impressive showing at PAX West, where Papergames announced Infinity Nikki's near-15-million pre-registration milestone, anticipation continues to build. Developers expect this number to climb even higher before Tokyo Game Show 2024 (TGS), fueled by global interest. At the time of writing, the official website reports 14,613,000 pre-registrations, and the count is steadily rising.
Infinity Nikki, the fifth installment in the popular Nikki series (published by Infold Games), debuted at May's State of Play event. Its captivating visuals and innovative gameplay have quickly garnered a dedicated fanbase. This open-world dress-up RPG uniquely blends platforming, puzzle-solving, and a charming, cozy atmosphere.
Follow Nikki and her companion, Momo, as they embark on a captivating journey through the fantastical lands of Miraland. Players will encounter diverse characters and creatures while collecting a stunning array of outfits, some even possessing magical abilities to aid exploration.
A playable demo of Infinity Nikki will be showcased at TGS 2024, running from September 26th to 29th. The global Closed Beta Test is now live, alongside continued pre-registration on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
