Pokémon TCG Pocket App Adds Trading, New Expansion

Pokémon TCG Pocket's highly anticipated trading feature arrives January 29th! A brand-new expansion, Space-Time Smackdown, follows on January 30th.

Get ready to trade! The new trading feature lets you exchange cards with friends, mirroring the in-person experience. Trade hourglasses and tokens will be required. This addition promises a more authentic digital TCG experience.

Space-Time Smackdown introduces beloved Sinnoh region Pokémon. Two new digital booster packs feature legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia.

ytA Powerful AdditionBeyond the legendaries, popular Pokémon like Lucario and the Sinnoh starters—Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup—join the roster. These can be obtained through Wonder Pick or standard booster packs.

This update is sure to be a hit, especially with the addition of long-awaited Pokémon. While some initial concerns about the trading mechanics exist, promised ongoing adjustments should ensure a smooth experience.
