Olbram's quest involves a nighttime maypole theft, requiring stealth and possibly charm to distract the guard. Prochek's quest demands painting his rival's bull blue, necessitating dye from the tailor and a lullaby potion (requiring ingredients and potentially charm to obtain the recipe).
Prochek's task might prove more challenging early in the game due to potential Speech skill and/or groschen limitations.
Mice Quest (Prochek): A Step-by-Step Guide
- Speak to Prochek in Tachov (or the innkeeper if he's unavailable).
- Purchase dye from Bartoshek the tailor in Troskowitz.
- Obtain the lullaby potion recipe from Radovan (either through apprenticeship or charm). Gather oil, poppy, and thistle (found near the Troskowitz apothecary). Brew the potion.
- In Zhelejov, administer the potion to the bull, then paint it.
- Report back to Prochek. Optionally, initiate the Frogs quest afterward.
Frogs Quest (Olbram): A Step-by-Step Guide
- Find Olbram near the Zhelejov meadow and accept his task.
- Steal the Tachov maypole at night. You can either knock out the guard, Henrik, or charm him using Speech to create a distraction.
- Report to Olbram. He'll then request you chase sheep from a Tachov pasture and deliver a digestive potion to Alshik.
- Complete the task, or inform Prochek of Olbram's plan to conclude both quests.
