A recent Sims teaser subtly alluded to the series' first two installments, sparking fervent fan speculation about a potential resurgence of these classic titles. While no official announcement has been made, Kotaku sources hint at a possible reveal later this week: digital PC re-releases of The Sims 1 and 2, complete with their original expansion packs.
The question of console ports, and their timing, remains unanswered. However, given the potential for capitalizing on nostalgic demand, it seems improbable that EA would forgo this lucrative opportunity.
