Thunderbolts* Reappears With Action-Packed Super Bowl Trailer and a First Look at Sentry

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is gearing up for the release of Captain America: Brave New World, introducing the Red Hulk. But before that, Marvel treated fans to a thrilling Super Bowl trailer for Thunderbolts, showcasing the team's diverse skills and offering a potential first glimpse of their main antagonist, Sentry.

The commercial, part of the Super Bowl broadcast, highlighted key characters including Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova, David Harbour's Red Guardian, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. The action-packed teaser provided a brief glimpse into the film's exciting plot, with the full two-and-a-half-minute trailer subsequently released online, revealing even more. A fleeting but notable moment in the trailer seems to show Lewis Pullman's Sentry unleashing chaos upon unsuspecting MCU citizens. The film will explore the Thunderbolts' formation and their journey when it premieres on May 2, 2025.
