by Emery Mar 15,2025

The competitive landscape of the gacha game market continues to evolve. February 2025 financial data reveals a downturn for several leading titles, including Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero.

Gacha game players closely monitor the financial performance of their favorite games. New figures highlight the performance of these top contenders in February 2025.

miHoYo (HoYoverse) saw a revenue dip across its three major titles during this period.

Honkai: Star Rail slipped to fourth place, with revenue falling from $50.8 million to $46.5 million. Genshin Impact dropped to sixth place, experiencing a significant decrease from over $99 million to $26.3 million—a downturn following a revenue spike driven by the Mavuika banner event. Zenless Zone Zero ranked eighth, with revenue declining from $26.3 million to $17.9 million. However, upcoming updates introducing new characters are expected to boost earnings for Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai: Star Rail.

February 2025 saw Pokémon TCG Pocket take the lead as the top-grossing gacha game, generating $79 million in revenue. Love and Deep Space secured second place with $49.5 million, followed by Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle in third with $47 million.
