Touchgrind X\'s 2.0 update revamps this BMX rider with brand-new features

by Grace Mar 17,2025

Touchgrind X, a BMX stunt simulator you might have missed, just got a massive upgrade with its 2.0 update! This isn't just a minor tweak; it's a complete overhaul adding tons of exciting new features.

First up: Freestyle Mode. Explore the maps at your own pace, perfecting tricks and stunts without the pressure of a race. With constantly expanding maps in Touchgrind X, this is the ideal way to learn the ropes before tackling the challenges.

Next, the new Trick Combo System lets you chain together stunts for even higher scores. But that's not all! The update also includes Tricktionary Achievements, a Qualifier Series for new players, and improved matchmaking for smoother multiplayer experiences.

Beyond new features, the 2.0 update boasts significant optimizations. Expect a more than 50% reduction in file size, faster loading times, smoother gameplay, updated animations, and other performance enhancements.

We first caught wind of this update at PGC London earlier this year, and I'm thrilled to finally experience Touchgrind X. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, this Trials-inspired game offers a fantastic opportunity to show off your BMX skills. Jump in and see how many stunts you can pull off!
