How To Find the Trader in Garbage in Stalker 2

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

Reaching the Garbage area in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl requires progressing beyond the Lesser Zone. Due to its distance from your starting base, encountering traders will take time.

The main questline doesn't immediately direct you to the Slag Heap hub upon entering the Garbage zone. Completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks its location, following visits to the Detention Center and Laboratory, and a meeting with Scar. However, you can explore the Slag Heap, located north of the laboratory, earlier in the game.

Two traders operate within this hub. Boozer, situated at the entrance, runs a bar selling food and drinks, while also accepting various trade goods.

Huron, the second trader, is found to the left, through an open door on your right. He specializes in weapons and equipment. His room also houses your stash. Interacting with Huron initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a technician resides at the back of the left corridor. This encounter is crucial for progressing the main quest, as you must speak with Diode.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is currently available on Xbox and PC.
