Trickcal: ReVive Launch Draws Crowds at Taipei Games Show

by Logan Feb 12,2025

Trickcal Re:Vive, the absurdist, turn-based, card-collecting RPG from Bilibili Games, is gearing up for a global mobile launch! This follows a successful showing at the Taipei Games Show, where the game generated significant buzz.

Initially highlighted as a promising Korean mobile release, Trickcal Re:Vive has exceeded expectations. The game stands out with its unique blend of humor and epic adventure. Players take on the role of an unlikely religious leader, recruiting over fifty apostles in a world brimming with quirky characters and storylines. Expect nods to popular titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Grand Theft Auto, alongside a wealth of both clever and silly subplots.

The Taipei Games Show showcased Trickcal Re:Vive's over-the-top personality with a branded Ferrari Itasha, transporting lucky attendees around Taipei. This, coupled with extensive merchandise and the global launch announcement, signals Bilibili and Epid Games' high expectations for the game's international success.

While a precise release date remains unconfirmed, a late 2025 or early 2026 launch seems plausible, though a mid-2025 release isn't entirely out of the question. The game is currently under development.
