World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 Introduces Subtle Height-Altering Potions
World of Warcraft's upcoming Patch 11.1, "Undermined," offers players a new way to customize their characters: Noggenfogger Select potions. These consumables allow for temporary height adjustments, stacking up to ten times for a cumulative effect. Unlike more extreme size-changing items, these potions provide subtle alterations, perfect for fine-tuning character appearance.
The patch also delivers significant story developments for "The War Within" and updated visuals for various classes. But the height-adjusting potions are a welcome addition for character customization enthusiasts.
Noggenfogger Select: A Closer Look
The Noggenfogger Select UP and DOWN potions, available from Alchemist Pestlezugg in the Vatworks, offer incremental height changes. The effects last 30 minutes and persist through death, making them ideal for roleplaying, screenshots, or even in-game activities like dungeons and raids. Priced at just over three gold each, these potions are unbound and not level-restricted, allowing for easy trading between characters.
In addition to height adjustments, Alchemist Pestlezugg also sells Noggenfogger Select FRESH, a Goblin-exclusive potion that unlocks a unique lean emote. While other races possess similar emotes in the game files, this potion provides Goblins with exclusive access to this stylish animation.
A Temporary Fix for Height Customization
While many players eagerly anticipate a permanent height slider, these potions offer a viable interim solution. The relatively small height changes, even at maximum stacks, provide a level of customization absent from other similar items. Until a major character customization update arrives, players can utilize these potions alongside other existing methods like the Seabed Leviathan's Citrine and Colossus Warrior forms to achieve their desired character height.
