What are Nightmare Echoes?
Nightmare Echoes are alternative variants of 4-cost (Overlord-class) Echoes, dropped by powerful enemies. They boast unique active skills and a significant percentage-based elemental damage boost, making them inherently more valuable than regular Echoes. This passive elemental damage bonus allows them to replace a 3-cost Echo, enabling a potent 441111 Echo composition. Importantly, they retain the Sonata/Set effects of their regular counterparts, minimizing build adjustments.
How to Unlock Nightmare Echoes
Before embarking on your Nightmare Echo hunt, complete the "Dream Patrol I" quest in Rinascita. This tutorial quest is initiated by interacting with the White Cat in Ragunna City after finishing Act 2 Chapter 3 of the Rinascita main storyline.
